Madelyn Murphy was born and raised in South Georgia and developed a passion for medicine from an early age. She knew she wanted a career centered around helping others and ultimately pursued her dream of becoming a Physician Assistant.

Madelyn earned her Bachelor's degree in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Georgia and went on to complete her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Mercer University. Prior to attending PA school, she worked as a medical assistant in dermatology where she developed a strong clinical foundation and deeper appreciation for the importance of patient education, communication, and trust.

She is passionate about providing individualized, compassionate care and values developing meaningful, long-term relationships with her patients. Madelyn strives to make every patient feel supported and confident in their care.

In her spare time, Madelyn enjoys being outdoors, reading, attending UGA football games, and spending time with her husband, Joe, and their two dogs, Annie and Herschel.
